• Our goal is to ensure you have moments which take your breath away and remain with you for the rest of your life…you could be sailing to an island in the Galapagos when suddenly a chattering, jumping school of dolphins decides to join you and swim  just outside your boat, or you are on an island in the Galapagos and find yourself walking up on a blue-footed booby as it tends its nest, and shows no concern about your presence because they have no fear of man; or having a seal pup see you and  think you are “mama” and start to follow you on the beach after having swum among them….these encounters are not soon forgotten. You could be watching your first pasta, made from scratch, come out of the oven at Mama Isa’s in Venice -- an experience which will be enhanced by tasting the peach gelato you’ve also made.
